Elevations, sections, and floor plans — DWG, PDF, or even a clear scan. This is what we model from, so accuracy here shapes everything.
materials & finishes
A finish schedule, a mood board, or a few product links. Stucco tone, glazing, flooring — the details that make a render read true.
the goal & audience
Listing sheet, boardroom, city review, sales suite? Who needs to say yes tells us how to light and frame the shot.

before you write — a few things we're often asked
how soon will i hear back?
If you reach us Mon–Fri between 10am and 4pm, expect a reply the same working day with scope, timing, and a firm price. Messages that land in the evening or over the weekend are answered first thing the next business morning.
do i need finished construction drawings?
No. We can begin from schematic-level drawings and even hand sketches, then refine as your details firm up. The more accurate the set, the more accurate the render — but we'd rather start the conversation early than wait for a perfect DWG.
can you work with firms outside phoenix?
Yes. The studio is based in North Phoenix, but the work travels by email — we regularly deliver renders and walkthroughs for projects well beyond the valley. Files come to us and go back to you the same way.
what does a project cost?
A single hero still starts at $1,850, the five-still full reveal set starts at $6,400, and an animated walkthrough with a virtual tour starts at $14,200. Larger developments and retainers are quoted the same day — send the plans and we'll give you an exact figure.
how many revisions do i get?
Two full revision rounds are included in every package as standard — feedback is part of the process, not a surprise line item. If a project needs more, we'll agree the extra scope openly before any additional work begins.
